Bella Poarch was born in the Philippines on February 9 1997 to her biological Filipino parents. She was adopted at the age of three by her grandmother who lived in slums. Her adoptive parents are both native Filipinos. Her white American adopted dad is had military experience. She says that her as well as her brother, adopted as a baby, were abused until they enlisted. They lived with their aunt in San Francisco for several months before returning to Texas to celebrate her 13th birthday in the wake of the requirement of her father's bypass surgery. While the physical violence has subsided, she claims to have endured mental assault from her father at home. When she was 18, Poarch enlisted into the United States Navy. Poarch started her TikTok account in April of 202020. She quickly rose to fame, amassing more than 40,000,000 followers in under eight months. Poarch posted a range of videos, but the one that became her most popular was her rendition of Millie B's viral smash Soph Aspin Send. The clip that was zoomed, and included her lip-syncing as well as jumping into the tune in synchronized to the song, became to the top of the charts.
